James Noble

James Noble possesses extensive experience in employee relations and employment law, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations, Policy & Employment Law at Linklaters since May 2023. Previous roles include interim Head of Employee Relations at TP ICAP and various leadership positions at Genius Sports, where responsibilities encompassed the roles of Chief People Officer and Group Employment Counsel. Prior to these roles, James held significant legal positions at Unilever and McDermott Will & Emery. James began a career in law at Macfarlanes and gained HR consulting experience during a secondment at Gartmore. Education includes degrees from the University of Oxford and BPP Law School.
