James Wootton

James Wootton is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Linklaters since April 2023. Wootton has extensive experience with Linklaters, having held the positions of Partner and Associate from March 2004 to 2023. Academic credentials include a legal education at BPP Law School from 2001 to 2003 and a Bachelor’s degree from New College, Oxford, completed in 2001, following education at Eton College from 1992 to 1997.
