Jason Behrens

Jason Behrens is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner and co-head of the U.S. office at Linklaters since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Special Counsel in Investment Management at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from November 2015 to August 2019. Jason's experience also includes serving as General Counsel at ACE Portal, Inc., where responsibilities involved overseeing a private placement investment platform from June 2013 to November 2015, and as an Associate in Investment Management at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from May 2012 to June 2013. Earlier in Jason's career, a role as an Associate focused on Private Equity and Tax at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP was held from October 2005 to May 2012. Jason Behrens holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Cornell University.
