Madeline Chan

Madeline Chan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and investigations at Linklaters, where Madeline has held positions from Trainee Solicitor to Managing Associate since September 2018. Prior to this, Madeline gained experience as an intern at HKIAC and completed summer vacation schemes at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Clifford Chance LLP, focusing on litigation and corporate law. Madeline's earlier roles include analyst at Barclays and participation in various research and fellowship programs, contributing to scholarly work on the American death penalty. Madeline holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Amherst College, along with additional studies at Oxford University.
