Pietro Belloni is a corporate and commercial law specialist with a strong focus on international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, and mergers. As a partner and managing associate at Linklaters since November 2007, Pietro has established a prominent role within the firm's corporate practice in Milan, Italy. Prior experience includes serving as a senior associate at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo from March 2000 to September 2007, where Pietro extensively advised foreign clients on M&A activities involving Italian companies.
