Rebecca James

Rebecca James is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in arbitration and public international law. Currently a Partner and Managing Associate at Linklaters since June 2013, Rebecca has previously held the position of Associate focusing on litigation and arbitration. In addition to this role, Rebecca serves as Research & Policy Director for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations: The Green Pledge since November 2021. Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked as a Lawyer in dispute resolution at Allens and coordinated pro bono efforts at LAWASIA Journal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Journalism and French from The University of Queensland, as well as a brief academic pursuit at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2009.
