Tom Cassels

Tom Cassels is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently serving as a Partner at Linklaters since January 2016. Specializing in Contentious Competition, Public Law (Judicial Review) Disputes, and high-value Commercial Disputes, Tom co-leads the Sports Sector team. Prior to Linklaters, Tom was a Partner at Baker & McKenzie from September 1994 to December 2015, where expertise included public law, regulatory law, competition litigation, and media. Tom began the career as an Associate within the Dispute Resolution Department and completed a one-year secondment to the Sydney office from 1998 to 1999. Tom holds a Law degree from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
