Tom Gavin

Tom Gavin is a Managing Associate in the M&A team at Linklaters, with a career that spans various roles focused on advising financial sponsors. Tom began as a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters, later serving as an Associate before advancing to Managing Associate. In addition, Tom has held secondments as Senior Legal Counsel at Hg, where responsibilities included managing and negotiating acquisitions, and as Senior Overseas Practitioner at Allens, advising financial sponsors. Tom also served as Legal Counsel at Centerbridge Partners, L.P., handling private equity and other transactions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of York and an Accelerated Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
