Yaro Alekseyev

Yaro Alekseyev is a London-based US capital markets partner at Linklaters, where since September 2011, Yaro has advised corporates, investors, and investment banks on a comprehensive range of capital markets products and financial restructurings, particularly in cross-border contexts within emerging markets. Prior to this role, Yaro served as a Senior U.S. Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from September 2007 to August 2011, focusing on leveraged finance, including syndicated bank financing and high-yield debt, as well as international joint venture work. Yaro also held the position of Counsel at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. between 2009 and 2010. Yaro earned a JD from New York University School of Law (2004-2007) and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University (2000-2004).
