Ezzadin Sharafy has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ezzadin started their career as a System Administrator at IBD Inc in 2001 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2019, they joined Call Center Development Services - CCDS as an Information Technology Manager, where they were responsible for planning, designing, selecting, implementing, and administering communication technologies for the call center solutions provider. Ezzadin also provided technical sales support, managed the development of custom client solutions, and developed and implemented web and telecommunication solutions.
In 2004, Ezzadin worked at Admitech as a Senior Developer, where they partnered in developing custom applications for manufacturing clients. Ezzadin also provided web development and technical support, along with managing and configuring networks. Most recently, since 2019, they have been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at LinkNow.
Ezzadin Sharafy obtained an Associate's degree in Micro-Computer and Networking from Herzing College from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Herzing University.
