Xileny Seijas Portocarrero

Xileny Seijas Portocarrero is a proficient Full-stack Developer at LINKS Foundation since January 2023, with prior experience as an Information Communication Technology Engineer at You Are My Guide from February 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included web development, troubleshooting, and supporting machine learning applications.
