Dana Armstrong

Starting as a software documentation writer in the pre-Internet era, Dana pivoted to copyediting in the early 2000s, since it checks her boxes for puzzle-solving and rule-following. She's edited for tiny startups and larger endeavors, working with a wide range of content, including press releases, annual reports, ads, data sheets, client decks, and customer stories. Dana has a B.S. in technical writing from the University of Washington and is a former "foreign service brat" who lived in West Africa and the Philippines.
