Neissan Monadjem has a diverse and extensive work experience. ⚽ Neissan is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Linksports International Corp., a Fintech start-up that integrates data technologies and cryptocurrencies with various sports. In addition, they are a Visiting Professor of FinTech at Seneca College, where they co-created the Fintech curriculum and teaches courses on blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and fintech entrepreneurship.

Neissan is also the Founder & Principal Innovation Advisor at INNOVADVICE Innovation Advice & Disruptive Tech Learning, where they provide strategic guidance and workshops on cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI, and cryptocurrencies.

Previously, Neissan served as a Senior Advisor for Innovation, FinTechs AI, and Blockchain at NueBridge, where they advised on innovation strategies. ⚽ Neissan also worked as the Vice President of Product and Project Management at Giesecke & Devrient, where they transformed the product department culture and led the project management team in delivering successful projects in the payment market and enterprise security sector.

Earlier in their career, Neissan was the CEO of SafeLoyalty, where they led a prepaid & loyalty systems division and successfully launched a new electronic gifting card. ⚽ Neissan also founded Safetransfer S/A, a smart card security system provider, and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Neissan held leadership positions at Prosisa International LLC and Prosisa Informática LTDA, where they contributed to the development of marketing and product strategies for clients in the retail and banking sector.

⚽ Neissan'sfirst job after graduation was as a Design Coordinator at Sacchi Padovano S/C Ltda, where they worked on the development of design proposals for Brazilian-made PCs. Neissan also served as the Chief of Product Design at Flexidisc Tecnologia S.A., where they designed innovative bank and payment equipment.

Neissan Monadjem completed a Professional Executive Course in Innovation of Products and Services at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 1997, they pursued an Extension program in Marketing Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1983, Neissan earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture Urban Planning & Industrial Design from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, they attended Colégio Santa Cruz from 1970 to 1977 for their secondary education.
