Paula Moreno Andrade

Paula Moreno Andrade is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee engagement, retention strategies, recruitment, training, and development. Currently serving as the HR Manager at LinkTIC S.A.S since April 2019, Paula has been responsible for planning and evaluating HR operations, including performance evaluations, labor relations, and compensation management. Previously, as the Head of Human Resources at SuperProfe from August 2015 to March 2019, Paula developed and improved HR strategies and addressed the needs of tutors. Paula also held roles as an educational and clinical psychologist at CUN Corporación Unificada Nacional de Educación Superior in 2017, focusing on effective teaching methodologies and student intervention strategies. Paula holds a degree in Psychology from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, completed in 2017, with further studies at the same institution from 2022 to 2023.
