Rachel Yoong

Rachel Yoong has over eight years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition across various companies. Rachel's career began as an Industrial Trainee at ViTrox, followed by a role as Human Resources Administrator at Juta Mega Management Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included payroll processing and work permit management. Rachel advanced to LINKTRIX Consultants, where responsibilities ranged from Researcher to Consulting Manager, leading talent advisory initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, Rachel focused on talent acquisition for Intel Corporation's Design & Development Group. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
