Carter Baldwin

Carter Baldwin is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Director of LIFTS at Linn County since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carter held the position of Director of Transportation at the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments from August 2021 to September 2022, and served as the Transit Operations Supervisor for Johnson County, Iowa, from November 2017 to August 2021.
