David A. Thielen

David A. Thielen has held two roles throughout their work experience. From an unspecified time in 2017, they have been serving as the Executive Director of Linn County Community Services at Linn County. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of The Arc of East Central Iowa from an unspecified time in 2015 until 2017.

David A. Thielen started their education at the University of Dubuque in 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. David A. completed their undergraduate studies in 1994. In 1997, Thielen enrolled at Loras College and earned a Master of Arts degree in Physical Education, which they completed in 1999.
