Helen Croft is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including veterinary care and retail. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Linnaeus Group since February 2019, Helen leads a team to develop people plans that address business challenges within primary care veterinary practices. Previously, Helen was the Head of HR at Whitewall Galleries for nearly a decade, overseeing a growing HR team and managing various HR functions. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior In-house Recruitment Advisor & HR Advisor at Kelly Services and as an In-house Recruitment Advisor at TUI Travel PLC. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in HR Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in CIPD HR Management, both obtained from the University of Derby, along with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science from Aberystwyth University.
