Ted Thelen has extensive experience in the office products industry, spanning over 30 years, with a proven track record in account management and customer service. Since August 2012, Ted has served as a Funeral Director Assistant at Linnemann Funeral Homes, focusing on providing compassionate support to families. Prior roles include Account Manager positions at Paperworks, Inc. and Staples Advantage Contract Division, among others, where Ted successfully managed customer bases and facilitated transitions for various office product companies. Ted founded WISH, Inc. and served as President for over two decades, specializing in word processing supplies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
