Richard Holden

Richard Holden has over 25 years of work experience in various finance roles. Richard most recently served as Financial Director at LINPAC Packaging since 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Financial Controller at Modern Baking Company from 2014 to 2015. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Finance Manager at DKSH, where they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing accounting and support functions. Before that, they served as both Financial Controller and Group Financial Controller at Kerry Asia Pacific from 2005 to 2012. Richard also worked as a Financial Controller at Wagner Spraytech UK Ltd from 2002 to 2005 and as Group Financial Controller at Cube 8 Group plc from 2000 to 2002. Richard started their career as an International Auditor at ITW from 1998 to 2000 and as an External Auditor at EY from 1994 to 1998.

Richard Holden has a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University, which they obtained between the years 1987 and 1991. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Mathematics and Physical Education at Loughborough University, completing it from 1991 to 1992. Later on, Richard obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAEW, completing their education in 1997.
