Lauren Babamoto has worked in a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Customer Operations Manager for Linqia. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Meltwater, starting as an Intern and progressing to Team Lead, NAM & APAC. In this role, they managed teams in San Francisco and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, built new journalists databases in Mexico and Brazil from scratch, and initiated global projects to help maintain the Influencer database based on client feedback. Lauren was also Media Research Lead, SF, responsible for leading a team of 5 media research associates to help maintain the Influencer database, and a Media Research Associate, helping maintain journalist databases in US, Canada, UK and APAC. From 2012 to 2013, Lauren worked as a Membership Assistant for Southern California Public Radio, providing customer service by contacting KPCC members with expired credit cards and expanding the Friends Program.

Lauren Babamoto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in October 2020.
