Peter Loukianoff

Peter Loukianoff is the Founding Managing Partner of Strawberry Creek Ventures. He has 20+ years’ experience as a business innovator, leader and investor in Silicon Valley, Europe and Asia. Peter is a member of the Forbes Global CEO network, was a Senior Advisor to McKinsey, and has served on numerous boards, and done business in 40+ countries around the world – linking Silicon Valley with global markets. His notable deals include Yandex (Nsdq: YNDX), Xactly (Nsdq: XTLY), Qik (acq: Skype) and Silicon Valley Data Science (acq: AAPL), as well as various innovative and growing start-ups in the fields of IoT, Cloud Services, Big Data/Analytics, Fintech, Mobility and Data Security. Previously, he co-founded and was Managing Partner of Almaz Capital, backed by Cisco, the first technology-oriented venture capital firm focused on the Russian/CIS market. As an internationally recognized expert in cross-border innovation, venture capital and entrepreneurship, Peter has advised many prominent business and government leaders on these subjects (including heads of state) and has been covered by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and CNBC. He has been a contributing author to Forbes, frequent conference speaker, and guest lecturer at Berkeley, Oxford (Rhodes Scholar program) and Stanford. He earned an MBA and BS in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
