Abdul Rafiq

Abdul Rafiq is a seasoned engineering professional with over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Presales Engineer at PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia since May 2012. Abdul has expertise in planning sales strategies, creating marketing concepts, and engaging with customers to align products with their needs. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at PT. TELKOMSEL, where support was provided for maintenance services on Alcatel-Lucent products, and Senior Optical Transmission Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Indonesia, focusing on the implementation and troubleshooting of optical transmission hardware. Earlier experience includes working as an RF Engineer for Telkom Flexi, overseeing CDMA network optimization, and as a Junior Engineer at PT. Soon Poh Technologies, implementing various telecommunications hardware. Abdul holds a Bachelor's degree in Electro Telecommunication from Universitas Mercu Buana.
