Emma Bigg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emma began their career as an Assistant Editor at The Chronicle before transitioning to a role as an Online Copy Producer at John Lewis. Emma specialized in different areas such as Fashion (Womenswear) and Home, where they were responsible for writing copy and supporting online strategies. Emma also worked at Ocado as a Web Trading Manager, managing the Fetch pet supplies website.
Later, they joined Tate as a Digital Analyst, where they provided data insights to support user-focused decision making and trained colleagues to extract data for insights. Emma then worked at Anglia Ruskin University as a Data Insight Manager, focusing on student surveys and providing data insights for improvement.
Emma is currently employed at Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE as a Marketing Performance Analyst. In this role, they are responsible for analyzing marketing performance and providing valuable insights.

Emma is also active in the nonprofit sector and is involved with Arts and Minds as a Company Secretary and a Trustee. In their trustee role, they focus on governance, quality assurance, and data policies, as well as supporting marketing and communication activities.
Emma Bigg completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing Fashion & Culture at Solent University from 2008 to 2011. Emma later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Cultural & Critical Studies at the University of Westminster, where they studied from 2018 to 2020.
