Guy Nicholson

Guy Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Guy is currently the Director of Data and BI at Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Data at Medichecks from April 2021 to October 2022, where they were responsible for data strategy, management, and governance.

Before joining Medichecks, Guy held the role of Head of Operational Data at Metro Bank (UK) from February 2017 to June 2021. In this position, they led the Data Services function and oversaw the development of data solutions and digital offerings.

Guy's experience also includes a role as a Senior Analytics Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland from August 2015 to February 2017, where they headed the data management function for the Commercial and Private Banking division.

Earlier in their career, Guy served as a Data Services Manager at Hermes Parcelnet Ltd from December 2013 to August 2015, overseeing teams responsible for Oracle database administration, business objects universe development, and ETL database development.

Guy also worked as a Senior Development Manager at Arrow Global Limited from June 2013 to December 2013, where they were responsible for managing the development team and establishing team methodology.

At Callcredit Information Group, Guy held multiple roles, including Head of Consumer and Data Services from April 2011 to June 2013, where they led teams responsible for data services and consumer services, and Data Services Manager from July 2008 to April 2011, where they managed a team of analysts and developers.

Guy's earliest work experience was as a Database Manager at Civica from 1999 to 2008, where they built and managed the Service Delivery Database Team. Throughout their career, Guy has demonstrated expertise in data management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

Guy Nicholson attended Sir Henry Cooper from 1989 to 1993. Guy later pursued their higher education at Sheffield Hallam University from 1995 to 1997, where they received a HND in Computer Science.
