Kerry DeMella, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing & Product Strategy at Lintech International since October 2022. Previously at Gelest from October 2018 to October 2022, Kerry held various roles including Applications Scientist & Technical Strategist and Group Leader for Applications Development, focusing on innovation and research in Personal Care and Coatings/Adhesives markets. Academic experience includes pioneering research at the University of Maryland College Park, where Kerry led projects in soft matter, polymer capsule design, and organometallic chemistry, while also managing laboratory safety and mentoring students.
