Robert Hilfiker is a Field Service Engineer with extensive experience in providing customer support and training for equipment operation and new process improvements in the manufacturing industry. Robert has a background in R&D new product design for improvement in manufacturing processes and procedures. With a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, Robert has worked with various companies such as Linton Crystal Technologies, SPX-Kayex, and SUMCO, where Robert has successfully installed equipment, provided troubleshooting and diagnostic repair, and supported product development and testing operations.
