Colton Potter

Colton Potter is currently the Business Development Manager at Linus Media Group. Colton has previous experience working as a Tax Professional, Service Representative, and Gas Bar & Grocery Store Manager.

Colton Potter has always had a passion for business. After studying business administration in college, they began their career as a Tax Professional. While they enjoyed helping people with their taxes, they soon realized that they wanted to do more than just file returns. Colton wanted to be proactive in helping people achieve their financial goals. This led him to take a position as a Service Representative with Aldergrove Financial Group. In this role, they were able to help clients with their daily banking needs and offer advice on how to save and invest their money.

After a few years in the financial industry, Colton decided to make a change and took a position as Gas Bar & Grocery Store Manager with Otter Co-op. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of the store, including purchasing, inventory, and accounting. Colton also managed a team of 10-12 employees. After several years in this role, Colton realized that they wanted to get back into the world of finance. This led him to their current position as Business Development Manager at Linus Media Group. In this role, they are responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing Linus Media Group’s client base.

Colton Potter obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of the Fraser Valley. Their field of study was operations management and supervision. Colton then went on to obtain a BBA in the same field from Thompson Rivers University.

Colton Potter reports to Linus Sebastian, CEO. Colton Potter works with Edzel Yago - Production Manager, Nick Light - COO, and Lloyd Pan - Merchandise Manager.
