Lucas Warth

Lucas Warth has a strong background in finance and treasury roles. Lucas started their career as a Finance Trainee at Louis Dreyfus Company in 2012 before moving on to Biosev as a Treasury Analyst in 2013. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Gavilon Group, LLC, where they focused on cash management, bank relationships, cash investments, and funding control. In 2019, they joined Grupo Netshoes, where they successfully reorganized cash flow processes, implemented a culture of ownership and accountability, and managed a team of 20 in treasury and finance. From 2020 to 2021, Lucas Warth worked as part of the FP&A team at Magazine Luiza, where they managed cash flow for subsidiaries and improved financial stability through effective forecasting and planning. Currently, they serve as the CFO & COO at Linus, where they oversee finance and operations.

Lucas Warth obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in the Management of Financial Instruments from the same institution. In 2019, they completed an Intensive Course in #C+ at 42. Currently, Lucas is pursuing an MBA in Data Science & Analytics at MBA USP/Esalq from 2020 to 2022.
