Matthew Duka has a long and varied work experience in marketing and communications. Matthew began their career in 1991 as Creative Director and VP eMedia at Montgomery & Partners, Inc., where they developed and implemented market strategies for cross-media brand development and guided the creative development for all traditional and interactive marketing communications. In 2000, they moved to EPB Digital & Direct as Strategic Development Director, where they provided leadership and vision for interactive communications of national and international clients. Two years later, they joined Arnold Worldwide as VP Creative Director, Interactive, and was the creative lead on key accounts including U. S. Department of the Treasury, Unilever/Bestfoods, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, BearingPoint, Amtrak, Washington Post and Choice Hotels. In 2004, they began working at Insight Interactive Group as Director, Information Architecture & Content, where they established and lead the information architecture discipline, aligned user experience and content with business goals and consumer needs, and consulted with clients on usability best practices. Matthew also took on the role of Director, Marketing Communications at Linx-AS LLC that same year. In 2018, they joined BoomDTC as Marketing Director.
Matthew Duka received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989, having started their studies in 1985.
