Guy Baldwin

Guy Baldwin possesses extensive experience in project management and operations within the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Proposals at Linxon since May 2025. Previously, Baldwin was Project Director at 8 Rivers, a company dedicated to advancing clean energy and climate technology. Earlier roles include Director of Operations at DMS Companies, and Category Management in Global Drilling & Completions at Chevron. Baldwin's career began in the United States Air Force, where diverse engineering roles such as Flight Test Engineer and Developmental Engineer were held. Baldwin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering (Mechanical) from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
