Nicky Young, Assoc CIPD, is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in global recruitment management and resource planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Recruitment Manager at Linxon since July 2022, Nicky draws upon a rich background that includes roles such as Head of UK Resourcing at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics and Senior Recruitment Officer at SNC-Lavalin, overseeing large-scale recruitment operations.
