Nicole Olsman

Nicole Olsman serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Sustainability at Linxon since September 2018, overseeing legal functions, sustainability initiatives, and a global portfolio of EPC projects while providing strategic legal counsel to the Executive Management Team. Previously, Olsman held the position of Director at SNC-Lavalin, advising on P3 infrastructure projects and contract management, and served as Senior Legal Counsel in both SNC-Lavalin and Amec Foster Wheeler, where extensive experience was gained in international project legalities across various sectors, including natural resources and construction. Olsman's legal career began at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP as an Associate, supplemented by roles in environmental consulting. Olsman holds an LL.B. from Queen's University, an MSc. from the University of Oxford, and a B.E.S. from the University of Waterloo, among other academic credentials.
