Meg Proskey

Vice President Customer Experience at Linxup

Meg Proskey has over 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Meg began their career in 1992 as an Administrative Associate at AGRI and Office Manager at SUITE 1100 INC. In 1994, they joined Maritz Travel Company as a Program Operations Manager, Account Supervisor/Travel Buyer, and Senior Travel Director. In 2004, Meg was promoted to Vice President Sales & Experience Design, Vice President Air, Registration & Technology, and Systems and Process Director at Maritz Travel Company. In 2016, they moved to Meridian Loyalty as Vice President Incentive Group Travel, where they managed a $25 million business unit and secured $40 million in business through three-year agreements with top clients. Meg joined InComm in 2019 as Vice President Group Travel, where they achieved 100% retention of employees and accounts following a corporate merger and a 40% reduction of intrusive repeat-call volume. Meg is currently Vice President Customer Experience at Linxup, a position they have held since 2022.

Meg Proskey obtained their Bachelor Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland College Park in 1992. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Incentive Specialist certification from SITE.
