Shir Barzilay

Shir Barzilay is an experienced UX/UI Design Fellow at Springboard, engaged in projects such as Bark Park, a social mobile app for dog owners, and the PostUp app designed for remote employees. Prior roles include serving as a Premier Helpdesk Analyst at Linxup, where proactive problem-solving and superior customer support were demonstrated, and as a Customer Experience Associate at Agilis Systems, focusing on mentoring and customer retention strategies. Additional experience includes various positions in customer service and fitness training across multiple organizations, contributing to a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and user-centered design.
