Currently serving as Analytical Research Manager at Lion Elastomers, LLC since July 2010, Garrett continues to oversee R&D efforts, managing both personnel and projects. Prior roles include R&D Analytical Scientist, where advanced analytical techniques were employed to enhance quality control methods and resolve production issues. Garrett held various managerial positions at US Composite Pipe South, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing production and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Earlier roles featured positions at Amitech USA and Dow Chemical, focusing on quality assurance and analytical processes. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Louisiana State University and a BS in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi.
