Tamar Kiladze

Tamar Kiladze serves as the Head of the Retail Business Development Unit at the Bank of Georgia since October 2019, contributing significant expertise in employee experience management through previous roles as Senior Employee Experience Manager and Employee Experience Officer. Prior to this, Tamar worked at Georgian Water & Power LTD from April 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies, crisis management, and formulating corporate social responsibility strategies for Svaneti Hydro and Zoti Hydro. Early career experience included roles as a Junior Communications Specialist and an intern, focusing on media relations, social media strategy, and event management. Tamar holds a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bank of Georgia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Caucasus University.
