Eric Kessler

Eric Kessler serves as the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Lion Forge Entertainment, responsible for overseeing business and legal functions for various media projects. Prior to this role, Kessler held multiple positions at Imagine Entertainment & Television, including Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, where responsibilities included negotiating and managing transactions for talent and content development. Kessler's experience also encompasses significant roles at WarnerMedia, including work on scripted and unscripted television agreements, as well as internships at Disney Entertainment and Lionsgate. Academically, Kessler holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College, a JD in Entertainment Law, and an Executive Education Certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School.
