Eric Kessler

Eric Kessler currently serves as SVP of Business and Legal Affairs at Lion Forge Entertainment since March 2025. Prior to this role, Eric was Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs and Corporate Counsel at Imagine Entertainment & Television from October 2019 to February 2025, managing transactions related to talent engagement and content distribution across various media formats. Eric's experience extends to WarnerMedia, where Eric held several positions in Business Affairs from July 2017 to October 2019, and included drafting agreements for television development and production. Previous internships at notable companies such as Disney ABC Television Group, Warner Bros. Television, IM Global Film, Lionsgate, and Lotus Entertainment Ltd provided foundational experience in business and legal affairs. Eric holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College, a JD in Entertainment Law from Southwestern Law School, and a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School. Eric has also contributed to community engagement as a Chamber Ambassador and board member in local organizations.
