Jon Monroe is currently the Vice President of Operations at LION, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Vice President of Operations at Liquid Services L.L.C. from 2021 to 2024, and held the role of Director at Southeast Restoration for a brief period in 2024. Prior to these roles, Jon was General Manager at Brink’s Inc. from 2024 to 2025, and gained experience at Cintas in various managerial positions from 2009 to 2012. Jon attended the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2003 and later studied at Miami University from 2003 to 2006.
