The Marketing team at LION is responsible for promoting and communicating the company's wide range of products and services dedicated to the health, safety, and performance of first responders and military personnel. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies for personal protective equipment, fire training tools, and military logistics solutions. The team collaborates closely with sales and product management to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all markets, enhancing customer experience and driving product adoption and sales growth.

The Sales Team at LION is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with national accounts, strategic distribution partners, and individual customers. This team ensures customer engagement and satisfaction through personalized account management, sales enablement, and by maintaining a deep understanding of product offerings and customer needs, thereby keeping frontline heroes prepared and protected.
