Sam Lai

Sam Lai has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Sam most recently worked as a Creative Group Head at Lion & Lion starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Art Director at dentsu malaysia from June 2021 to June 2023. Sam also had brief stints as an Art Director at Bonsey Jaden from January 2021 to April 2021, and at Naga DDB Malaysia from August 2017 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Art Director at Fundamental Ideas from 2015 to 2017 and as a Graphic Designer at Creative Juice in 2014.

Sam Lai began their education in 2009 at The One Academy, where they pursued a Diploma in Advertising and Graphic Design. Sam studied there until 2011. In 2012, Sam enrolled at the University of Hertfordshire and completed their studies in 2014, earning a BA (HONS) in Graphic Design. Throughout their education, Sam's focus has been on graphic design, with specific emphasis on advertising and design principles.
