Laura Osburn

Laura Osburn has held a variety of roles in the design industry since 2008. Laura began their career at Penda Publishing as Head of Media Services, where they developed and maintained HTML and CMS based websites, as well as designed print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and branding. In 2010, they joined Clark State Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching typography, illustration, imagery, layout, and advanced web design classes, as well as leading students as an art director during internships and service learning. In 2015, they joined Lion + Panda as Creative Lead, providing front-end development leadership, acting as a web accessibility expert, and developing and maintaining the development team's code base for all front-end development projects. Laura also works as a contracted freelance graphic designer, creating logos, branding, brand standards, and brand collateral for clients, as well as designing and developing websites on the WordPress platform.

Laura Osburn obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design from Clark State Community College between 2005 and 2008. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from Deque Systems, Inc: one in Customer Service for People with Disabilities, and one in Web Accessibility.
