Ashley McCray

Ashley Martin is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing diverse real estate assets. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Lion Real Estate Group, LLC since November 2021, Ashley oversees a flagship asset valued at $30.25 million, with a focus on catering to Spanish-speaking clientele. Prior to this role, Ashley managed multisite assets totaling $4.6 million at Volunteer Properties from March 2021 to November 2021. Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Resident Manager at Purdue University from July 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included utilizing LMS and Microsoft Office to enhance learning processes and training over 40 leaders in presentation and curriculum development. Ashley holds a Master of Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
