Juan Martinez

Juan Martinez began their career in 2010 as a Business Analyst at CLEAResult. In this role, they collaborated with onshore/offshore development, engineering, marketing, business development, and program delivery teams to implement technical projects. Juan also created and managed user stories in project management tools, supported Go-live of new program teams, and collaborated with the development team to architect efficient integrations. Juan then moved into a Solutions Delivery/Operations Analyst role, where they maintained Dynamics CRM and Salesforce systems as Administrator and supported the development of a mobile field tool mobile application. Juan also provided reporting metrics for 900+ programs and introduced an automated system for testing complex calculations in the system. Finally, Juan assumed the role of Engineering Analyst, creating Excel-based reporting metrics from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, reviewing detailed architectural plans, and developing presentations for internal and external clients. In 2021, Juan moved to Lion Street as Director of Data Management, where they serve as an Administrator for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, localizing CRM functionality to business needs. Juan also acts as a Data Pipeline engineer, integrating data through Alteryx and Power Automate, and provides Business Reporting through the Power BI ecosystem for standardized reporting and ad hoc requests.

Juan Martinez attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technologies.
