Tyler Willis

Tyler Willis has 10 years of work experience in the finance and technology industry. Tyler began their career in 2003 as a Financial Analyst at National Financial Partners (NFP), where they automated formatting of monthly sales reports using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Tyler also created a system to calculate and report incentive compensation plans for 320 employees, and developed and maintained monthly metrics packages for multiple departments. In addition, they documented policies and procedures to meet Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements. In 2005, they were promoted to Senior Financial Analyst, where they migrated sales reporting from Microsoft Access to SQL Server and SQL Analysis services, and assisted with the migration of the General Ledger system from Microsoft Great Plains to Lawson Financial Management. In 2010, they joined Lion Street as Vice President of Finance & Technology.

Tyler Willis attended Baylor University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems.
