Alyaa AlShareef is an experienced professional with a background in product development, marketing, and supply chain management. Currently serving as an NPD Product Leader at Lion since April 2022, Alyaa leads cross-functional teams to implement product changes and drive innovation within the Supply Chain space. Prior to this role, Alyaa worked at Ecolab as an Assistant Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Associate, focusing on product management and portfolio oversight. With additional experience at companies such as 3M, sass & bide, McGraw-Hill Education, TPC Consolidated Limited, and Cupid Media, Alyaa has developed a strong skill set in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency. Alyaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Technology.
