Andreas Fischer

Andreas Fischer has extensive experience in learning and development, project management, and process improvement, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently, Andreas serves as a Learning and Development Solutions Specialist at Lion since November 2015, having also held positions such as Manufacturing Excellence Facilitator and Supply Chain Learning Leader within the company. Prior to this, Andreas worked at POLYTEC GROUP as an Assistant Project Manager from September 2013 to October 2015 and at Lion as a Process Improvement Engineer early in 2013. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Focused Improvement Leader and Project Engineer at Unilever from February 2011 to February 2013 and a return to POLYTEC GROUP as an Assistant Project Manager from June 2006 to September 2010. Andreas Fischer received education at Adolf-Kolping-Schule Lohne from 2004 to 2006.
