Andy Lim

Andy Lim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance strategy and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Finance Strategy and Transformation Leader at Lion since May 2025, Andy previously held the role of Finance Transformation Lead at Stockland, focusing on optimizing financial planning and analysis. Prior experience includes a senior managerial position at Macquarie Group, where significant contributions were made to the personal banking transformation team and the Financial Management Group. Additionally, roles at WPP AUNZ involved managing finance transformation programs, while a long tenure at Deloitte Consulting provided foundational experience in leading large-scale strategic transformations for ASX100 organizations. Andy is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW.
