Garry Smith

Garry Smith has extensive experience in IT business partnerships, particularly in the supply chain sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an IT Business Partner for Supply Chain at Lion since February 2018, Garry previously held key positions such as Dairy & Drinks Business Engagement Partner at Lion, and IT Business Engagement Manager at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, where the focus was on driving IT strategy within Supply Chain, Quality, and Innovation. Prior to that, Garry held various roles including IS Business Partner at SABMiller, IT Business Partner at Carlton & United Breweries, Service Delivery Manager at Foster's Group Limited, and Senior IT Manager at Foster's Group. Garry began the IT career as IT Manager at Orica Limited after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Deakin University and an HSC in Maths and Science from Geelong Grammar School.
