Josef Inciong

Josef Inciong is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and business transformation. Currently serving as IT Lead and Functional Consultant at Lion since 2011, Josef oversees multiple workstreams including the migration to SAP S/4Hana and cloud solutions. Previous roles include Process Area Lead for Order-To-Cash at Kimberly-Clark, Senior Business/SAP Analyst at Alesco Corporation, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Josef's career began at Shell as an SAP SD Analyst, contributing to rollout projects across the Asia-Pacific region, and includes supervisory positions at Pilipinas Shell. Josef holds an MBA and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, alongside a high school diploma from Ateneo de Manila University.
